Congratulations, you have selected a beautiful, unique, and one-of-a-kind venue for your big day! Now it’s time to start pulling it all together. We at Harper Bond Events are so thrilled to be working with The St. Vrain to help bring your wedding vision to life.
Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms hosting their event with The St. Vrain (Cost $2,125.00):
- Free initial consultation
- One (1) Planning Meeting AND attend final walk-through with venue
- Coordinate arrival times with vendors
- Confirm all vendor orders
- Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
- Provide marriage license information and name change information
- Attend/Conduct ceremony rehearsal (off-site Ceremony may require purchase of additional time)
- Onsite coordination and management: Eleven (11) total hours day-of event
- Manage reception set-up (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.)
- Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
- Distribute final payments – including gratuities
- Manage tear-down and coordinate return of vendor items
