Congratulations, you have selected a beautiful, unique, and one-of-a-kind venue for your big day! Now it’s time to start pulling it all together. We at Harper Bond Events are so thrilled to be working with Spruce Mountain ranch to help bring your wedding vision to life.

Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms hosting their event with Spruce Mountain Ranch ($3,000.00):

  • Free initial consultation
  • One {1} Planning Meeting {attend final walk-through with venue}
  • Creation of floorplan and rental orders {valid only for venues with existing room-schematics}
  • Coordinate arrival times with vendors
  • Confirm all vendor orders
  • Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
  • Provide marriage license information and name change information
  • Attend/Conduct ceremony rehearsal {off-site Ceremony may require purchase of additional time}
  • Onsite coordination and management: {16} Sixteen total hours {Eleven hour with lead planner, Five hours with assistant coordinator}
  • Manage reception set-up {seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.}
  • Distribute final payments – including gratuities
  • Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
  • Manage tear-down and coordinate return of vendor items
  • Travel fees included
