Congratulations, you have selected a beautiful, unique, and one-of-a-kind venue for your big day! Now it’s time to start pulling it all together. We at Harper Bond Events are so thrilled to be working with Spruce Mountain ranch to help bring your wedding vision to life.

Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms hosting their event with Spruce Mountain Ranch ($4,500.00):

  • Free initial consultation
  • One {1} Planning Meeting AND attend final walk-through with venue
  • Assistance with development of theme, design, and color concept

  • Assistance with hotel accommodations
  • Transportation coordination for bridal party and guests day of the wedding
  • Creation of floorplan and rental orders {valid only for venues with existing room-schematics}
  • Coordinate arrival times with vendors
  • Confirm all vendor orders
  • Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
  • Storage of personal and decor items, and delivery to venue day-of event

  • Provide marriage license information and name change information
  • Attend/Conduct ceremony-rehearsal and ceremony
  • Onsite coordination and management: {22} Twenty-Two total hours {Eleven hour with lead planner, Eleven hours with assistant coordinator}
  • Manage reception set-up {seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.}
  • Distribute final payments – including gratuities
  • Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
  • Manage tear-down and coordinate return of vendor items
  • Travel fees included
