Congratulations, you have selected a beautiful, historic, and one-of-a-kind venue for your big day! Now it’s time to start pulling it all together. We at Harper Bond Events are so thrilled to be working with Parkside Mansion to help bring your wedding vision to life.
Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms booking with us through Parkside Mansion (Cost $1,495.00):
- Free initial consultation
- Two (2) Planning Meetings, and attend final walk-through with venue
- Attend/Conduct ceremony rehearsal (off-site Ceremony may require purchase of additional time)
- Manage reception set-up (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.)
- Provide marriage license information and name change information
- Onsite coordination and management: (10 hours day-of event)
- Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
- Manage tear-down and coordinate return of vendor items
- Distribute final payments – including gratuities
- Coordinate arrival times with vendors
- Confirm all vendor orders
- Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
