Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms booking with us through the Denver Botanic Gardens (Cost $1,550.00):
- 3 Personal Meetings (total up to 6 hours)
- Coordinate arrival times with vendors
- Confirm all vendor orders
- Creation and distribution of timeline to vendors
- Attend/Conduct ceremony rehearsal
- Manage reception set-up (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.)
- Provide marriage license and name change information
- Onsite coordination and management: (10 hours day-of event)
- Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
- Manage tear-down and coordinate return of vendor items
- Distribute final payments – including gratuities
