Congratulations, you have selected a beautiful, unique, and one-of-a-kind venue for your big day! Now it’s time to start pulling it all together. We at Harper Bond Events are so thrilled to be working with Parkside Mansion to help bring your wedding vision to life.
Based on the unique needs of our couples, we have designed a special package exclusively for brides and grooms booking with us through Parkside Mansion (Cost $1,900.00):
- Free initial consultation
- Unlimited professional guidance via phone and email
- Provide marriage license information and name change information
- One (1) Planning Meeting, and attend final walk-through with venue
- Two (2) Coordinators on-site day-of
- Attend and Conduct on-site ceremony rehearsal and ceremony (ceremony and reception at separate venues may incur added cost)
- Onsite coordination and management up to Eight (8) hours day-of
- Manage reception set-up (seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook etc.)
- Distribute final payments – including gratuities
- Coordinate who will take possession of gifts, cards, and other specified personal items after the reception
- Manage reception tear-down (place gifts and clients decor items in clients car after event ends)
